  分子生物学、分子遗传学、细胞生物学、转基因动物技术、小鼠干细胞培养和应用技术、基因定位修饰技术、基因工程和蛋白质工程技术,血管内皮生长因子基因调控、基因表达与病理发育、脂肪代谢、心血管病理学等。

  利用转基因动物研究基因表达与病理发育,利用分子生物学手段研究基因组重复序列存在的规律和特有的生物学功能。

  基因克隆、基因表达调控;DNA显微注射、干细胞胚胎注射、胚胎移植、转基因动物的管理和应用;动物解剖、组织化学、组织病理学;细胞培养、细胞转染与基因表达分析;干细胞培养、基因定位修饰(基因打靶、基因敲除和基因敲入);细胞工程、蛋白工程和基因工程技术应用;血管内皮生长因子异常表达相关疾病研究,心血管病相关基因功能研究等。
